Below are our updated terms and conditions, designed to protect both our customers and our company, while keeping everything transparent and fair.

Payment Policy
All engine purchases must be paid in full before shipping. We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks. Please ensure payment is completed to avoid any delays in processing your order.

Shipping Policy
We proudly ship across the continental United States. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we do our best to deliver your engine as quickly and safely as possible. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Warranty Coverage
Your rebuilt engine comes with a 1-year / unlimited mileage warranty for non-commercial use. We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to feel confident and secure in your purchase.

Please note:

The warranty covers parts and labor for any manufacturing defects.

Improper installation, neglect, overheating, or lack of maintenance can void the warranty.

All warranty claims must be reviewed and approved by our team.

Returns & Refunds
We understand that things don't always go as planned. If you need to return an engine, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. All returns must be authorized in advance. Returned engines must be unused, in original condition, and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Please note: A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned engines. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Engine Installation
We highly recommend that engines be installed by a certified mechanic. Proper installation is key to the long-term health and performance of your engine. Please follow all provided installation instructions and ensure all necessary components are inspected and replaced as needed.

Limitation of Liability
The King Engines is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our engines. This includes, but is not limited to, towing fees, rental car expenses, or loss of income.
